Welcome to our first quarterly newsletter! We sincerely hope that everyone is eagerly anticipating the holidays and spending time with family cherishing that special time together.

2020 was a tumultuous year for Reason 2 Rhyme Music and the entire world. We are incredibly optimistic and hopeful that 2021 will be an incredible year as the world begins to see the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine. We also are optimistic that artists will begin to thrive again as some of our favorite venues across the country begin to reopen.

Last February, with incredible tenacity and hard work, we produced and promoted one of the most incredible International Music Showcases as an unofficial SXSW live show in one of the most spectacular locations in Austin, Texas. This showcase was to be performed at the renowned and historic venue called Kenny Dorham’s Backyard. Artists on the bill represented our global culture. These artists included, El Tule, Eastside Blues Syndicate with Matthew Robinson, Sarah Jane Hargis, Skye Downing, Trio Caliente and others. We are proud to represent and promote artists from around the world. We will maintain that commitment to representing and promoting global artists as Reason 2 Rhyme Music grows in its mission of artist advocacy.
